READING PATHOLOGY REPORTS
Need help understanding your pathology report? A pamphlet called "Your Guide to the Breast Cancer Pathology Report"
produced by breastcancer.org may help. While the pamphlet is written for the breast cancer patient, many of the terms

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE GOVERNMENT
The Labor Department has launched a website to help citizens find financial assistance information. GovBenefits.gov will
walk you through a Q&A tool and then tell you if you generally meet basic qualifications for any number of government
assistance programs including public housing assistance, Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security and more. The website is a
good place to get an overview of programs, but does not process actual applications: contact local offices to apply. www.govbenefits.com

so they can discuss them with their medical care team and loved ones. PanCAN is the national patient-based
advocacy organization for the pancreatic cancer community, which includes patients, family, medical
researchers and physicians. www.pancan.org
